At EsellerLeads, we respect your privacy and give all users full control over their personal data.
If you have used Facebook Login to sign in to EsellerLeads and wish to delete your account or remove your data from our platform, you may request deletion at any time. To learn more about our data retention policy, click here.

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your EsellerLeads account and all associated data by following one of the methods below:

1. Request Data Deletion by Email

Send an email to:

support@esellerleads.com
Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address linked to your Facebook account
• A short message confirming that you want your EsellerLeads data deleted

Once we receive your request, our team will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.

2. Remove EsellerLeads from Your Facebook Account

You may also remove EsellerLeads directly from your Facebook settings:

1. Open Facebook
2. Go to Settings & Privacy
3. Select Settings
4. Go to Apps and Websites
5. Find EsellerLeads
6. Click Remove

This action revokes our access to your Facebook profile information.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your EsellerLeads account
• Profile information
• Login records
• Any stored preferences
• Any data imported via Facebook Login

This process is irreversible.

What Data Will Not Be Deleted Automatically

For legal, fraud‑prevention, or compliance reasons, we may retain:

• Transaction records
• Support ticket history
• Financial or billing data (if applicable)

These are retained only as required by law.
